About Visa Support Letters
AETC 2027 provides official visa support letters to help facilitate your travel to Ghana. These letters confirm your participation in the conference and can assist with your visa application process.
Visa Requirements
Most visitors require a visa to enter Ghana. We recommend applying at your nearest Ghana Mission at least 4 weeks before travel. E-visa options are becoming available for certain nationalities.
ECOWAS citizens are visa-exempt.
Requirements for Visa Support Letter
- Conference Registration
- Must be registered for AETC 2027 with confirmed attendance
- Valid Passport
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date
- Travel Dates
- Provide confirmed travel dates and accommodation details
- Purpose of Visit
- Clear statement of conference attendance and business purpose

Important: Visa support letters are provided as a courtesy service. Final visa approval is at the discretion of the Ghana Immigration Service and your local embassy/consulate.
